I ordered a $19 Logo, that was supposed to be a JPEG, Chris Williamson the designer sent me a PNG Thumbnail. Also funny thing is, I sent them pictures off the google search as ideas for my logo, the first logo they sent me. Were those exact pictures put together as the logo! I had to write back letting them know I did not have the license to use those pictures, as they were not for commercial use and were not my artwork, only an idea of what I'd like done. Then he made another one, which I do like, but only sent it in a thumbnail, so it cannot be used. And tells me now that the logo I ordered is not meant to be used for the web!! Be extremely careful, if you try them out. They want to upsell you tons of other things, and pressure you to buy more. I ordered a logo for $19 only to try them out, and probably would have done more business with them in the future had the delivered me more than a thumbnail. I can show anyone what Chris sent me. And I can show you he was trying to use copyrighted graphics that I totally explained exactly what they were from the beginning. These are copy paste graphic designers. They scammed me for $19, no big deal they lost me and the hundred other customers I'd brought them in the future. Word of mouth goes a long way! And you lost that with me!
