Beyond Disappointed After I paid for a deposit on a puppy and signed the contract, I NEVER received any responses to texts, voicemail, or submission sent via their website. Additionally, at the time I paid the deposit, the pup I was confirmed to purchase -- I even have a "receipt" with his name and info on it -- was removed from the "Available Puppies" section of the website. Sometime after that, he was put BACK ON the website as being available. I texted this (and other things) to my initial - and only - point of contact, and the next morning the pup was once again removed from the website in the "Available Puppies" section, meaning someone read my text and removed him again, but that same someone never reached out / responded to me in any way.

Dog matches my needs I appreciated their effort to match me with a dog suitable for my age and handicap. Several I liked they said would not be appropriate for me with my limitations. The young adult dog I got does fit in well with my lifestyle and needs.

This is our second GSD purchase from… This is our second GSD purchase from Kraftwerk and they did not disappoint! Our puppy arrived in good shape and with the training promised. She’s a joy and we couldn’t be happier. A huge thank you to a Kevin for handling the entire process so smoothly and for being so patient and up front in answering all of our questions. Top notch organization. Our experience with Kraftwerk K9 has been great. Kevin is very personable and made sure Indo was ready to go home, we were all well prepared. He encouraged us to stay in touch with any questions that may come up. Indo is very balanced GS, we received compliments from everyone that saw him at rest stops on the twelve hour drive home.

Kraftwerk K9 Outstanding Experience Our experiences with Kraftwerk K9 have been over 15 years in the making. Wayne, Kevin, and Curtice not only took the time to help us find the right dog, but supported us through the transition of losing our other Kraftwerk dog. And they continue to support us. Kevin spent hours guiding and helping us choose a dog based on our needs. The training Curtice has put into our dog has made all the difference in her confidence and abilities. He has brought out the best in her. The facility is like no other. The staff is like no other. The dogs are simply amazing. The amount of time and energy spent on these dogs is apparent the minute you enter the property. Needless to say, our experience has been incredibly positive. We highly recommend Kraftwerk K9.
