CANo customer service My server went down and I messaged for support. I heard nothing for days. Looked over the previous charges and turns out I've been overpaying as well. I would say customer service have went down hill, but that would be an understatement. Customer service has gone off the edge of the grand canyon and slammed into the ground with the force of a 1000lb bomb

GBNothing but lies and excuses. Placed order for two dedicated Servers with them. Since then have gotten nothing but lies and runaround.. Was told by one tech the OS was being installed as we speak (within maybe 3-4hrs of order). To then the server issue had to be handled onsite in Europe at that data center. Then more excuses. Finally today Im told they don't even have the hardware for the servers and will have to manually build it and it could be 10 days.. They knowingly sold and offered for sale hardware services they did not and could not have available as stated on their website and then got nothing but lies and runaround.. They might be good for a few things but Id stay far far away from them as they will violate the law offering services and such they do not have available.

GBThese guys are on it! These guys are on it. I'm a disabled gamer who uses gaming as a pain coping mechanism, and these guys have made renting an Arma server a lot easier and worry free for me and my group. They have worked very hard and responded quickly when needed. Their prices are great, their ping to servers is impressive. They support a ton of mods, more than any other host I've seen. Great interfaces, great and patient people.

GBServers are always stable Servers are always stable, supportive staff, always customer focused which honestly is always something I look forward to my next dealing with them. btw if you join their discord you can ask them to set you up a game server for literally any other game. 7 days to die, Ark, farm sim etc.... any questions ask me.

GBFantastic support and great service I can second what others have said; absolutely stellar customer support, to the point of responding within 20 minutes to every ticket and question I have asked, even late at night during the week. I am very new to the hosting scene and they have made everything as simple as possible and have been there every step of the way to help me get things running as well as going out of their way to ensure we were able to get things sorted just right. I am confident they will help out if any issues arise. Would absolutely recommend for anyone else that is new and looking for a host.
