Do not have anything to do with them they took my money, put a unprofessional unauthorized copy of my book on Amazon and it took almost a year to get it off. They refused to take my calls, emails texts. Ripped me off. They are professional crooks, Pau Dalton

Reliable and professional. Veronica Fallon is a very reliable and professional publishing agent, as well as a real pleasure to work with. She has always been very persistent and on top of everything involving the editing and publishing process, even at times when I was frustrated or grew impatient with some of the details. When my book was finally finished, she sent me my complimentary copies and I was very pleased with the final results. When I can afford to launch my next book in the near future, I hope that I have the pleasure of working with her again. Very patient and got the job done I had 3 companies to choose from and I chose Amazon Profs due to the price and their reviews on here. I did check several reviewers who said that their book had been published on Amazon and was reassured to see that the books were there as said. Chris Hall was my project manager and he was extremely patient with my constant requests for changes until it was right. There were unavoidable delays due to the time difference between the UK and the US but generally everything went smoothly. Chris did make a couple of attempts to upscale my contract to a more expensive one with a wider audience but when I explained that I could not afford to, no matter how much I would have liked to,he accepted that and did not pursue it. I was provided with a Word doc ebook file and a pdf paperback one and although it took a few months due to the changes and amendments required, my book was finally published on Amazon. I was a little concerned when asked for OTPs etc while Chris logged in to my account and got my book up there but I was assured that once it was published I could go in and change my password, and that was exactly what happened, no problems, no unauthorised actions. I was also very pleased with their cover design, it is very eye catching and looks fab. All in all I am very happy with the service received for the price paid. I never, ever thought I would have a book for sale on Amazon and now I do thanks to Amazon Profs and Chris Hall.

Chris Hall! Awesome Service Chris Hall is who we where dealing with. He has patience and cares about the final product results. I made numerous changes and request he was always professional and checked to make sure we where on the same page with what I wanted. Professional and well spoken I would highly recommend him.
