PKSkystra review Hard to find reliable hosting in my region. A friend who runs a blog similar to mine wrote an article about Skystra so I signed up after talking to her. My blog loads very fast for all of my readers in different places and pricing is very fair, I'm happy

CADependable and Communicative I had referred a lot of clients to my old host only to be disappointed after many years of loyalty. Skystra moved one of my client site that was having real trouble quickly & efficiently, I found the way they communicated to be very involved and personalized. I like them and have since moved several clients over, will surely be migrating the rest of them over in due time as well.

GBSkystra Cloud merged with my web host… Skystra Cloud merged with my web host Ultimate Web Hosting recently (2024). I have been a customer of UWH since 2006 to present and still have 1 year of hosting left. The domain name was up for renewal, seperate from the hosting package, despite opening a ticket and asking for a login to access the control panel to pay the fee, they disputed that I had an account despite earlier stating that I was shut down for sharing illegal content, which was a lie, back in 2019 someone hacked UWH via a PHP exploit which is how my and other accounts became compromised and content was uploaded to the tune of a few hundred gigabutes of data. The domain expired in the 17th March 2024 and despite it being within days of the expiry, Skystra Cloud told me to go and claim my domain from Nominet. It appears that this company has a poor understanding of the situation and despite wishing to continue service to the end of the 2 year hosting package, they turned around and told me that I am not a customer of theirs and that they have advised me of how to claim my domain name and closed the ticket. Does this company think I am a moron, they deny I have an account whilst recounting information in their database about my account and also to go and claim my domain as they have "Released" it so it can be transferred. I tried to open another support ticket but they have blocked me. I looked up the company online and you should do as it does not inspire confidence using a compan ythat is based out of an office in a residential area. Quote " Skystra Staff Operator Thursday, March 21st, 2024 (18:45) We've given you the steps needed for you to get your domain, it's not locked and you can complete this yourself. You are not our customer and you do not have an account with us, so I will be closing this ticket. Thanks, James Web Hosting Advisor" So if I am not a customer, how is it that they can unlock the domain from the hosting account so I can claim it. Talk about bare faced lies, do they really think I am that stupid or are they treating me like the average American client? From my personal experience, it is not a trustworthy company to deal with as they can do to you what they did to me with completely obliterating your host account with refusal to allow access to your files. 0/10 for customer service 0/10 for customer confidence 10/10 for ****hole attitude.

GBThey saved my website twice!! They saved my website two times. Once when it was infected with malware at my old hosting company who was trying to charge me over $500 to fix it!! Skystra migrated the site and solved the problem. Then another time for a different blog they were able to figure out which plugins were causing me troubles and lags so then I was able to make it go way faster. These guys and gals are on the ball and I couldn’t be happier with their service and phenomenal support!!!

IETasked with building an intranet as an… Tasked with building an intranet as an Ops Manager at an IT Firm, big task so I hit Twitter asking my streams what to use and Emily from their Social Media team popped into my feed suggesting WordPress and we went for it. Great team and they even helped us pick and activate the Intranet plugin that best suited our company's needs.
