Responsive, knowledgeable team and effective service with really fast speeds Team are very responsive and answer questions well. I drilled them intensely on things like GTMetrix, Google Page Speed Insights, FTTB and so on. They did everything to win my business and won. Induction and migration process was made easy by the team and the platform is straightforward enough. Needs an FTP client and DNS Manager. Performance is excellent, the website has never been faster and backups are regularly made. Only Chat Support is available, but they are on all the time and it is responsive. Very happy with this service.
