Good customer service The customer service is really good. I had an issue with bungeecord connectivity, and they tried their best to get the issue solved. In my opinion, their fast support is top tier.

Did not receive PAID product I purchased a VPS 3 weeks ago now. I am still waiting for a working product to be delivered to me. Reviewing the legal documents there are spelling mistakes and empty spaces where registered company details should be. E.g. company number. Don't waste your time and money with this group.
