Happy with first time using this website Couldn't find my almay makeup at the normal stores I used to buy it. If I did manage to find it they retailer was asking triple the normal price. I was able to order and receive my products in a timely matter and they were bubble wrapped so the arrive all in one piece.

Poor packaging and no response My order arrived covered in anti-frizz serum which leaked from a bottle that was improperly packaged in the envelope. It was a huge mess to clean up the other items in the order, in addition to losing the product that leaked. I immediately sent an email to customer service, including a picture of the leaked bottle. One week (five business days) later I have not received a response. I am very disappointed in this lack of concern for the customer experience.

They don't have every discontinued item in stock forever, so if you see something you want, order it!!You will be happy you did!
