I'd recommend if you want more Amazon product reviews I think we got great value for money from Feedback Five (from eComEngine). The software isn't massively intuitive to use (hence me knocking a star off) but the team are ready and willing to help with any queries. Results-wise, it definitely generated a lot of Amazon product reviews, which has in turn helped boost our sales on that channel. We now have a lot of reviews so no need for us to invest in FF any more, but I would recommend it to others who are hoping to increase their Amazon product reviews.

A+ Service from eComEngine eComEngine is a great resource to turn to if you want help getting reviews from your customers. We use their Feedback Five feature, allowing us to send out emails to our customers and ensure they are satisfied prior to them writing a review. It has been nice to not worry about emailing every customer on our own. Their system is very easy to use, too! Whenever we have had hiccups with Amazon or the system, they have top-notch customer service to help walk you through it. I would recommend them to colleagues.
