More reviews across the board We've been using FeedbackFive for a year. Overall, we've seen increases in the number of reviews and ratings on all our items. Now, we've paired this service with Amazon's automated reviews requests and the results are much better. So, yes, asking for reviews is way better than not asking. The only issue I've had with this service was a technical issue that no one was able to solve - I was unable to insert a product image into the body of the review request email. My customers were not seeing the product image. But eComEngine tech support (various rotating cast members with little history of events) claimed everything was fine.

Their automation is a one-time setup and forget template which makes life very easy and gives time to focus on other parts of selling on Amazon. We also get notifications for negative feedback so we can reach out to the customer in time and help. They always are one step ahead and constantly update to be in compliance with Amazon's ever-changing policies.
