Little things can make good service great. I had used BatchSkipTracing frequently for several months in my real estate investing business and always got great service. But a profitable real estate rehab project tied me up for several months during which I didn't need skip tracing at all. Jay reached out to me this morning to offer his services. I told him that, my immediate priority was to know how much I had spent with Batch in 2022 because I had to file my 2022 taxes by next week. Jay enlisted Ezra to gather the info and send it to me today. So, I'll be able to include that on my Schedule C.
