CAReally disapointed with Customer Service. Very inflexible and inpersonal when requesting cancellation or changes. Be careful with their "try before you buy" option and don't expect anything but a Robotic response about Terms and Conditions if you are hours late on cancellation. Trapped into a $500 paypment due to 4 hours being late to cancel. No flexibility, not understanding, just robots.

GBSynder is superb and excellent support what you need. We've been using Synder for a couple of years now and find it extremely beneficial for our QBO accounting system. We recently had an issue where our synchronizations stopped working after an update and Marko with Customer Support was able to give me the resolution quickly. Overall, satisfied with the product and the support. George gave us excellent support.

GBGreat app Great, app does exactly what we need it to do - matches transactions received via Shopify and PayPal and syncs perfectly into Quickbooks. Really helpful and efficient customer service too - thanks Viet!

GBGreat Customer Service!! George & Felix in customer service were fantastic! They stayed with me every step of the way to allow for group taxes to be synced with QB. Their help has been awesome for other questions/issues as well. Synder definitely has great customer service!!
