GBDiscovered this resource in a pinch… Discovered this resource in a pinch trying to resolve a multi-line call issue with 5-7 law office entities. Overall call quality, ease of access, call merging was fantastic. Some callers were on landlines, some on mobiles. Worked out really well. Very happy to have found this service! (^_^)

GBDid not record my scheduled call - unreliable and disappointing Did not record my scheduled call - acknowledged that it was set to record. After many many attempts to get answers from customer service, it was finally acknowledged that an error on your end - that was still not explained to me properly - was to blame. My work related call needed to be recorded and this inexplicable issue caused many problems for me. Knowing this service is so unreliable and I use it for work, I will no longer be using it.

GBHad problems being heard as moderator I logged in as moderator but I could not hear anyone though they could hear me. There was a lot of texting, logging in and out until I could finally be heard. Very frustrating and I'm still not sure what caused the problem. I appreciate the Free Conference.com service but found troubleshooting this problem disconcerting (I had not had this problem when I'd used the service previously). I may have entered some command inadvertently and wasn't able to reverse it - there didn't seem a way to get to a list of useful commands.

GBFreeconference was a big improvement… Freeconference was a big improvement over Zoom. Sessions longer than 40 minutes was a plus and the layout was more functional and having a telephone access was nice With a decent camera the image quality was great but i did notice that it was better in Chrome than on Firefox.

GBEasy Interface, Quick Setup The webpage is easy to use and teleconferences can be set up in literal minutes. I don't have issues getting in contact with attendees because everyone is contacted at the same time via email with all the same information. Time saved!
