Divi Next support has been fast Divi Next support has been fast and knowledgable. They fixed the issue I was having by pointing me in the right direction. I would highly recommend their plugins.

Horrible - avoid at all costs. I purchased WooEssential from Divi Next. From the beginning, this is the most buggy extension of Divi I've ever purchased. On three issues I went back and forth with support over 10+ days each. One was fixed finally. The second they blamed on WooCommerce, even though WooCommerce was working the way it was supposed to. For the third, the fix they provided broke the spacing on the modules. I asked for a refund and they refused. I will never purchase a plugin from them again, and I advise others to avoid Divi Next as well.
