CABilling practice is reason for not having 5 star rating Only thing holding back from 5 star rating is your billing conditions. We would prefer to have invoice terms of Net30 instead of billing to a credit card

Probably lost a big client over it and nothing offered by Confertel to help me repair relationship with my client. We're a long time Confertel user and now unlikely at all to go back. User experience is clunky, uses non-standard terms for basic needs.
