Excellent support team, very good quality service OLD REVIEW (OPTNODE) I have never been so pleased with a host never before, and never gotten so much value for money. The support team are responsive and helpful, they are eager for you to be a client (you can negotiate deals), they are more than happy to help you and have a faster support team than all other hosts I have tried (Shockbyte, TheMinecraftHosting, FluctisHosting, ServerVoid, and more...). Their discord allows you to easily communicate with other clients and their awesome staff members too. Just today I had an issue with scheduling on my server. A couple of hour after reporting it, they had updated the client panel and directly contacted Pterodactyl and their staff, who helped resolve the situation and fix the bug. I've never had any luck with Multicraft scheduling before (perhaps it was the host used) but this gives me new hope. There was no pressure for me to write this review, and I was only informed about it after resolving about 4 different situations with their support team, which really shows how much they care about their clients. Overall, I cannot recommend this team enough. They are passionate, hard working, excelling marketers, and will look after you if you choose to host your Website/Minecraft server/VPS with them. UPDATE: (3 star) Since OptNode was acquired by SparkedHost my experience hasn't been quite so "reliable" nor do I see them as "trusted". Not only do my websites often go down inexplicably (once every few days for a few minutes, an issue they acknowledge but cannot fix), but it is a hassle to claim compensation for any outages, which often only get you a day extra on your service. Furthermore, after the hosts merged, the prices of my servers went up drastically. Another family member was also transferred and they were charged the premium price for the basic web hosting. After finally getting that fixed, they were not able to offer the original price, or even a discounted new price. Paul was a little rude and his messages come across as aggressive. I am a little disappointed and let down. Despite this, the support team has been top notch and helped me with any issues. I think most of the issues with SparkedHost are within upper management. I feel really bad leaving this review but it is my honest experience. I miss OptNode and its management. UPDATE: (4 star) Today Paul, the owner of Sparked, reached out to me about this review and asked if there were any issues he could resolve. He mentioned that he wasn't entirely happy with the way the merge happened either. This sort of gesture is great to see from an executive at a company and shows his dedication to making Sparked the best it can be. I've updated my review to 4 stars. A summary: Pros - Top notch support team - No issues with Minecraft service provided - Well priced servers Cons - Little compensation for (albeit rare) large server outages - From my experience, web nodes seemed to go down consistently (for a few minutes at a time) every few days (or at least those were the outages I caught). It is worth noting that this was back in May 2020 & was an issue with the node supplied (according to staff).

Amazing host! Great service, cheap prices, amazing connection and almost 100% uptime. If anyone is looking to host a website, discord bot or minecraft server I would definitely recommend Opt node hosting. They gave me great support when I had trouble with certain things. 10 / 10 :)

I joined OptNode in hopes of finding a host that offers help with even the smallest of issues and thankfully OptNode is the right place. I have asked for small changes on multiple occasions and no matter the change the team are ready and provide swift responses to help you out. OptNodes team is definitely something they have perfected. The support is phenomonal and I could not have asked for anything better. Both Harrison the CEO and Management are always there alongside support representatives to help out. The OptNode site & panels are easy to use and if you dont know your way around they wont hesitate to help you out. My experience with the webhosting I am using is great. There is no issues with my personal site and everything is perfect.. I never have anything to worry about with OptNode. Overall my experience with OptNode has been perfect. I dont feel awkward asking for help like other hosts because I know they are there for the smallest of issues, I enjoy interacting with the team and having a general discussion and I'm very happy to see the host growing.
