The speed of the theme and the support is amazing The speed of the theme is amazing! I've tested it on a few site speed tests and it comes out almost perfect. We've also been able to use a lot of their built in (super fast) features to replace apps we were paying for. Today, I wanted to see if they could do an animated gif on hover over a product and within an hour or so, they had the solution free of charge (just load the gif as the final image on the product and it will work). Patrick has been just as fast as the theme. Whenever I email him he gets back to me really quickly. By far the best support we've had on any Shopify theme. I highly recommend!!!

Great theme and awesome support! A friend of mine recommended the Plak Theme for a new store so I tried it and it has been great! I had a problem with the site loading really slow, and after reaching out to support they went above and beyond to help me. It wasn't anything wrong with the theme but they went the extra mile to find the problem and help me fix it!
