It far surpassed my fears and hopes/expectations - I knew some about design but not in the detail they showed me I needed to know in the creation process indirectly - where to put what and how and why. It was all timely even when I was slow and he was very supportive and friendly in general. He also talked on the phone to get the initial specs and was thorough and asked the right questions right when I called for an initial quote and analysis. Thanks
