GBHorrible Privacy Policies. I tried to purchase a VPS service for personal use and testing projects. After receiving my money they asked immediately for a copy of the front and back of my ID and credit card. This is unreasonable and I cancelled immediately. Other companies do not request this information, big privacy violation. I used a tool that generates emails for each account I create to protect myself from spam and privacy. They immediately got the email from my Paypal order and entered it in their system, so when their site is breached or they decide to sell user data my information will be shared, awesome. They also demanded my home address, all for a $25 VPS purchase.

GBApps4Rent is a super star! Cathy is a super star. She returned my call to let me explain two issues concerning access to files via remote access and via OneDrive. She informed me that they can provide a comprehensive support program for not only the VDI they provide for us but also the Microsoft 365 and other hosted products, e.g. Quickbooks, etc. We have been pleased with the service and support and are now evaluating her offer to become our single point of contact for the whole suite of services. After all, when does Microsoft call you back? Cathy does and will. If you need these services, by all means call them and get a feel for the character they reflect in the attention they give.
