Promt delivery and great range of products. Promt delivery, only complaint would be they only send to certain addresses (rural vs suburban). They stock super hard to find Ayurvedic medicine which have found invaluable against stomach bugs (Himalaya brand). Never thought I would be able to get it again. It arrived soooo fast. And was inexpensive considering.

Order was placed on December 16th 2022… Order was placed on December 16th 2022 (ORD8243). I was assured order will be shipped in 3-5 days and its been 9 days but no update. Very poor customer service. Just after posting the review I got an anticipated email that we cannot deliver the order and will be refunding your money. SAVE YOUR DOLLARS THIS IS A SCAM

Excellent service The customer service is definately pretty good. I ordered ayurvedic products and bottles. Initially the order was cancelled but the director reached out to me and assured me that he will work on it and they were shipped immediately after i spoke with him and i received them well packed and without any hassle. The director Santhoosh reached out to me on whatsapp and made sure everything went well. Will definately recommend doing business with them. Their prices are also very competitive in the market and they are taking good care of their customers.
