Great Job To be honest, I'm not the most tech savvy person and before I came to Engage, my online presence was admittedly horrible. Every step along the way has been a great experience so far. I'm so happy to have finally found a company that truly cares about their customers success. I constantly show off my beautiful new website and mobile app to friends, family, and more importantly, clients. I've already started to see an increase in client reach out over the past few months. Spencer was the first person I spoke… Spencer was the first person I spoke to. He was so knowledgeable, honest & transparent. He spoke my language. I realized what we weren’t getting from our previous “web designers.” He explained where my money was going and how the whole thing comes together. I know Engage is taking care of my mom & me. I was thinking about a web page and host upgrade when contacted. The Engage team explained how they could serve as a single contact for web page design and maintenance, DNS and domain coordination at a reasonable price. Bigger Plus: They would provide a project manger (a single contact person) for me to contact for web maintenance, and keep down time to a minimum during the transitions. Very pleased with the work and timely assistance.
