More than I expected. Platinum Plus Services exceeded my expectations. They recovered data from my broken hard drive, helped me find a good deal on a replacement, then got everything back to me in a timely manner, all while being professional and maintaining a high level of security regarding all my data, and at an affordable price. My go to computer stop My go to computer stop! After letting my MacBook Pro with a corrupted hard drive collect dust for 2 years I found this place on Yelp and called. Within a few days they recovered all my data off the hard drive and put it on a external hard drive I owned. They installed a larger, faster hard drive with the (then) day old Sierra Mac operating system. I don't know much about computers, but everything was explained and my computer feels brand new! Thanks for everything Vahan!! :)
