The instructor is good if you're new to… The instructor is very nice and good if you're new to agile or haven't used it before. If you've been practicing agile methodologies for years, then the 2 day training is overkill. Seems like time filler. Spent an hour breaking down moving scrum tickets from one status to the next. He really loves talking about scrum and can beat it to death. Would be better if practice sessions were more applicable to work than imaginary scenarios. Joe himself is great though. Content needs improvement.

Transformative Instruction and Content For those who are interested in further developing their agile coaching voice, Joe's classes are money well spent. In the past I have taken 2 different classes with Joe as the instructor and walked away energized and with coaching tools I could use immediately. The Agile Kata is actively being experimented with in my org and is much needed fresh air, and ENT-CAT provided me ways to look at coaching from a previously unknown angle. This is directly related to Joe and the course content he used, and his authenticity.

PSPO I Training by Nils Oud - 23-24.09.2021 The 2-day training I have attended with Nils's class was such valuable experience. It was more like a workshop during which we had done a lot of interactive exercises and little projects. Through these Nils navigated us very proficiently to the key points and take-aways of the PO role and the entire Scrum framework and made us actually ponder over the theory and real-time applications that we could take with us for our future career as product owners. This class also helped with my PSPO exam which I've passed with a very high score:) All I had to do after class was making sure I absorbed the Scrum Guide and reviewing the things we've discussed during the class. Thanks again for such comprehensive and enjoyable training.

PSPO-A training by Nils was amazing The PSPO-A training was very well organised and hosted. There was a perfect balance between the theory and interesting practical tasks where people could interact and actively participate. Nils is excellent host and can create awesome space for adapting the scope to the needs, interests of participants to make sure they get the most out of it. I can and will recommend it to every PO who will be interested in taking that class.

PSPO-A Class with Nils Oud was very interactive and fast. I joined the PSPO-A Class of Incrementor with trainer Nils Oud. This training adds a lot of value above other sources that I used to become a better Product Owner. This class is filled with a lot of break outs in smaller teams, which helps to really THINK about the content and learn from others and their companies at the same time. The class was totally 'virtual' but breaking out and coming back went very fast and smooth. Also collaborating on shared digital whiteboards went well. Nils Oud does not waste time.
