Newbie broke it, Hostilic fixed it. Wonderful! I had never run a MineCraft server before although I have used Web servers and have some knowledge of them. A little knowledge is dangerous and it wasn't long before I had broken my nice new MineCraft server. However, Hostilic support came to the rescue and quickly reinstalled the world and moved all the work we had done as well. The server is now running again, better than ever. At these very low prices, I wasn't expecting that level of service. Wonderful!

I recently made an SMP server (PokeCedGo) I recently made an SMP server, Vanilla Club SMP, a few days ago and one of the things I didn't expect was that the server was UK based. A majority of my players are from the United States, and after hours of file changing, my server continued to lag for everyone! After reaching out for support, this host took over and tweaked my files, and the moment it restarted, the lag disappeared!
