Over the years they've consistently improved their solutions, service and fostered one of the strongest and largest .NET and DNN communities out there. In my opinion there isn't a solution more suited to a business's needs than DNN. When I think of a .NET framework or solution, I think DNN. I've used their solution on small sites to current projects which include over 100+ portals supporting over 20,000+ active users and 2+ million page visits. Performance and scalability isn't an issue with this system.

But thanks to the great assistance we have received from DNN Software support, we have been able improve upon our website's appearance and functionality. The most rewarding factor in investing in DNN software is the quick response we receive when we submit a ticket. We suffer very limited downtime due to technical problems or the lack of understanding of the software. And, as we try to explain our problem and grasp the understanding, we are handled with kid gloves and with patience. This is essential because while having our problems resolved, we are also trying to understand what happened so we will know how to handle it in the future.
