As a research coordinator, I appreciate that the same operations manager has worked with us for years, and that he is friendly and patient with questions, and quick to respond to correspondence. Even when he is not in the office we're able to reach him remotely, or we're able to speak with one of his knowledgeable colleagues. Great quality of transcription.

They were occasionally a little imprecise - but those were the situations that had multiple respondents. In summary: recommend them highly, would not hesitate to use them again.

Ten Plus Years of Great Service Our company has used Verbal Ink's service for over ten years now. Their transcribers do an excellent job transcribing our Christian based A/V clips, even to the Greek letters in one of the transcripts. Also, since we are an educational company, we get a discount. We use Verbal Ink's standard delivery time and almost always receive the transcriptions early or closer to the earlier date range portion.
