Delivery was timely. USB's looked as promised - great. Pricing was fair. Overall, good company to purchase custom USB's from. Would recommend.

I was very impressed overall I was very impressed with the rapid response I received from an online inquiry into the products available. After the initial response I uploaded my company logo and had the mock up item in my email that same day. I gave the approval and had everything within a week and the quality of the product is beyond my approval. Planning to continue bringing our business as well as recommendations to others.

Explanation of situation and what we had to do to correct the issues. The person we were dealing with was friendly, polite and effective. Where the problems occurred was in his transferring what we wanted to the actual supplier. We had to manually adjust the opening presentation of the keys which took a great deal of our time. If we hadn't made the adjustments our client would have been very unhappy. In fact, though, the product provided was fine after we made the adjustments. I told our rep that the next time (yes we will use them again) we would ask for a copy of exactly what is to be loaded onto the key so we can confirm that they fully understand our desires
