GBA Great way to organize our communication I like the idea of having one space for communication. Flocknote has some wonderful features. It may take some who have a little less computer, technological skills a while longer and great patience to figure some things out. The choice of using text or email and even both for notes is a plus.

GBFlocknote makes it easy Flocknote makes it easy for parish staff and lay ministry volunteers to communicate with the parish. Its platform for writing notes to send to the whole parish or just members of particular ministries is pretty straightforward. If you can write an email, you can send a note. Customizing notes with fonts and graphics is fairly easy, and if someone is not familiar on how to do that, prompts and suggestions make it easy to learn. The Uno feature to see who has opened notes and interacted with content (e.g., clicking on links) is helpful to know how notes are effective in reaching their intended audience.

GBWhat a blessing.Liz helped me navigate… What a blessing.Liz helped me navigate flock to get started with Flocknote. I was able to add members to different ministries in my parish. Also, to share Bishop Barrons videos and notes. Still learning and “playing”with this resource. Peace and prayers, Fr. Roland

GBGood tool, not quite great We've used this for our local Troops of St. George organization and it's been a great tool. There are a few enhancements I believe would take it from good to great. The ability to create multi-channel notifications at the same time vs. creating them separately would be a nice feature. Also, the ability to click 'edit' on a group to add multiple members to various groups is lacking too. The pricing tiers seem rather aggressive for what it offers. In my opinion it would seem to be prudent to have them in 50-member increments for each pricing tier or use the Squarespace model of charging a flat rate so it doesn't feel cost prohibitive to add more members.

GBWho says you can't teach an old dog new… Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks. (not That old) I will admit I started out dreading learning - but became dependent on flocknote. It is versatile; adaptable; and necessary to cover our Parishioners' and Parish needs. Our Web Master, Jenene Peterson, makes it entertaining and educational. (She is Brilliant!) I open flocknote first!
