Hotel Booking Lite I am using Hotel Booking Lite. I have so far done a couple settings. when I click on book button am directed to a selected room that displays the Details, Availability calendar and Reservation Form. when I choose my dates from the form the button that is displayed is check availability when I click the button the page reloads and nothing happens. is it not suppose to take me to a payment page? and so Andre was there to save the day immediately. I never waited for emails or some days. right there via chat problem solved

Hotel Booking System Hotel Booking System is a wonderful tool, but in our opinion it could still be further developed for the European market with faster updates. Other than all this it works well. The support department is fast, correct and knowledgeable.

Excellent customer support Eugene was very helpful today with his assist on some codes I needed for the footer. He quickly provided me the right codes to make it work. I really appreciate the great customer support of Motopress. It has every time been a positive experience.

Good support, very bad product The support of Motopress is very helpful and responds pretty fast. That's about the only thing that's worth it with them. They know that the product is bad and that's why there's absolutely no refunds. You can't really do much with the hotel plugin, a simple sql based system works so much better, and the themes are really horrible. Lesson learned. Unless you want to do the most basic stuff and have 0 IT knowledge, I really wouldn't go for it.

Luviana is the best villa management application We are very happy with the Luviana application from Motopress. All neccessary functionalities are included to manage bookings for a villa or hotel. Specifically the sync function in regards to Booking.com and Airbnb works perfect. And what is maybe most important is the great support from MotoPress.
