Unresponsive Trying to get a hold of them every hour “agents are with customer leave a message” no matter what hour you call. I got charged before completing the form and after the completion of form. No one reaches out to you. Money lost.

When they say "rapid" they mean it I am extremely impressed with the service. Sent off the document for translation this morning, and got it back within a few hours. The service was also done very well, so I am very happy with this.
