This company is very expensive This company is very expensive. They also are slow. They took 5 days to even ask questions about a filing that should take 10 min total. I ended up doing it myself because they were so slow, yet they wouldn't give me a refund. If they didn't do the work, why should they keep the money from the overpriced service.

WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH I accidentally submitted a request for a permit we already had. Request was submitted after hours and request to cancel was before start of the next business day. My request was not responded to and then the company offered me a 50% discount. When I asked for a manager as I had requested to talk to someone they told me no one would call me and they were rescinding their offer due to my request to talk to someone. I highly recommend utilizing any other service and not this company as they are NOT customer friendly nor do they have your best interest at hand. They have charged me over $100 for something we already had.
