Started off happy with their service... then got ignored for over 5 hours after i responded promptly to their representative. If this doesn't change by tomorrow, this will change to 2-1 stars. Following up they were able to get back to me later that day with some good information about contacting them after business hours or if someone isn't working well with me. We are working on an Ebay integration, so far, so good. Shout out to TOM for his great help! Thanks to James for contacting me when Tom couldn't!
