Great customer service! Great customer service! I had issues setting up mt4 to copy trades to mt5 using fxblue's trade copier. I created a ticket and they fixed the issue in no time. Aside from the great service experience, the prices are the cheapest when comparing the value and specs of the VPS.

Very kind and helpful staff After having issues running a software I created on their servers, the support team spend hours finding the issue and resolving it. The issue wasn´t something that was caused by them or their VPS´s , still they made sure to resolve it.

Blinking power options Questions and responses were handled very quickly. In particular, I couldn't click the power option well, but it was very helpful to receive advice on changing the brand, which made it possible to respond smoothly in the future.

Amazing VPS. Excellent Customer Support Hyonix is probably one of the best VPS providers that I've ever tried in my experience. I used other VPSs mainly for algorithm trading or web hosting, but this one is very impressive. Their customer support is lightning fast, they replied to one of my tickets in just a minute, yes you read it right! But the best for me is the performance and the hardware provided, despite the low prices. I think a few providers offer the same level of performance. Also for trading they are the perfect choice, since they offer Equinix NY2 as a server location (I hope they will expand to NY4 too), as a result the latency is really low, about 1-2 ms or even lower for some broker servers. I won't disclose other VPS providers for obvious reasons, but one of the most famous trading VPS providers offers shared AMD Epyc Rome cores (2nd generation EPYC series from AMD) peaking at just 2.4Ghz, while Hyonix provides AMD Epyc 7443p cores, that peak at 4Ghz! The only suggestion that I want to make is to provide also dedicated servers, while trying to maintain a lower price compared to the competition.
