Within minutes, she had addressed and fixed the problem I was having and my list was skip traced successfully. I love batchleads support! They are always so helpful and courteous.

Patricia Beatriz has WOW CUSTOMER SERVICE! Patricia Beatriz is the most outrageously great CSR I've encountered in a loooooong time. She has WOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. BL should use this on a Pin for CSR's: "I have WOW Customer Service", and let them wear it on their shirt/blouse. Let Patricia Beatriz be the first one to get it, please.

I was blessed to get the agent Yvonne I was blessed to get the agent Yvonne. I had a problem that I could not figure out for weeks. I reached out multiple times to batchleads chat/help and everyone gave me links and lots of information, which truthfully was too much for me to understand. Today, I reached out and got Yvonne she so was patient. She helped me by not only sending links but also giving me detailed but simply instructions to help me!! IT WORKED!!! SHE IS MOST DEFINITELY AN ASSET TO THE TEAM!! THANK YOU YVONNE!

Above and Beyond Tyler was able to help me through a couple problems that I have been struggling with Batchleads. He was knowledgeable and patient going over each step to resolve my issues. I have been using Batchleads now for a couple months, and he has called periodically just to check in to see how things are going. I don't know another company that has this kind of followup and support for their customers.
