There were practically no errors and if I wasn't happy with the timecodes and other formatting stuff I could download it again with different options checked (I tried it just to check and it was super easy). First 30 minutes of transcription totally free, which is all I needed, but I still bought another hour just in case I needed it because it was affordable and really easy. I REALLY appreciate not having to sign up for another subscription I definitely only need a few times in my life.
