Honestly Honestly, I rarely take out time to write a review or my experience with an agency, but their excellent service has made me do that. After having a bad experience with a previous agency, I hesitated to approach a new one; I’m glad I put my trust in them and got an excellent web design!

Working with Website Dezk was a disaster Working with Website Dezk was a disappointment. The project manager's prolonged absence, coupled with the lack of communication and failure to meet my requirements, resulted in a subpar experience. The project manager was out of the office for an extended period early on due to personal reasons, which is understandable. However, Website Dezk failed to provide adequate backup, leading to delays and missed deadlines. Despite repeated calls to check on the project's status, the website finally went live only after considerable delay. Moreover, upon launch, I discovered that I was unable to edit my own blog posts, a feature I had expressly requested from the outset. Despite bringing this issue to Website Dezk's attention several weeks ago, I have yet to receive a response or any resolution. This lack of communication and disregard for my needs further highlights the company's shortcomings. Overall, Website Dezk's performance fell far short of my expectations. The project suffered from delays, inadequate communication, and a failure to deliver on agreed-upon requirements. I cannot recommend their services to anyone seeking a reliable and responsive website development partner.

Do not use these people (3-13-24) Do not use these people. We paid all their fees two months ago, and they are refusing to release our website to us for the past 3 months. We've messaged and called these folks. Just last night, 24 Jan 24, they're demanding more funds on fees We've already submitted. 13 Mar 24 - we are still not satisfied with the professionalism, nor the customer service given by this company. If they would refund our monies, we would remove our posting. We still cannot change the passwords to our website that they want control of. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
