I've added family, friends, and pets to my gifts. I've always been satisfied. The pictures come out clearly, the personalized words add a special touch to each memento. Though I sometimes get frustrated w/ how to use the site's features, in the end, the time and energy are worth it bc the products come out beautifully. My only suggestion is to have better quality materials for clothing. Though the pictures survive the many washings, the material seems to get shabby quickly.

When they sy 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, tehy mean it! I highly recommend. As for the products... I've only ordered mugs so far, but they were as expected. images were printed very clearly.
