Recovering Moms Data from a 2011 Drive The company made it easy to recover the data. They sent for the drive and recovered all but a couple of moms files. Considering her harddrive was over 13 yrs old I was surprised they recovered anything. However, the drive contained over 40K pics and important docs my mother has accumulated over the years. Potentially Losing Data is a Scary Experience Until you talk to Fields Data Recover It's an uncomfortable experience feeling you may have lost important data. WO-013763 I thought I lost all my data when my portable hard drive crashed and reached out to this company to see what could be done. After receiving a phone call and explaining what the issue was, the company explained the process of what would happen from shipping to troubleshooting to what the next step would be. After a little delay when I did not receive a shipping label to ship the HD, Nathan Horner, emailed me directly the information needed and kept me abreast of the process. At first, I was informed the information was not recoverable but they had one last procedure to do and alas I got nearly 100% of the data recovered. Julian Henson sent me a file that showed what was recovered and after paying the balance owed they mailed a new HD with my data on it. The staff I worked with were friendly and very thorough.
