The main drawback is that it is pretty expensive and you do not have a monthly subscription service that we can sign up for so I can't predict my costs accurately

A lot of corrections A lot of corrections. Also, if you've ever gone to typing school, all typists know, there are two spaces after a period in a sentence. The only time, there's one space is if pagination is full justification alignment, which is rare. This job was left alignment, requiring two spaces. Because we noticed the errors upfront, we had to listen to the whole audio from beginning to end, and proofread word for word to ensure everything was caught. No spot checking. So, basically, we paid for work that had to be redone. We give three stars for the pricing and the ability to work with FTR files. Prices are good, but still a waste of money if the transcription isn't accurate or close to it.

Saves me so much time! I received my transcription very quickly and I felt it was verbatim as I needed it to be. I am starting my dissertation and know this will save me so much time in the process! And time is very precious right now!

The best transcription service - ever! This transcription service was the best one I've ever used. They went above nd beyond to be perfect - even so far to actually check the names of the participants using the internet - something I would never have expected. They were incredibly fast, perfectly accurate and surprisingly inexpensive.
