Communication about my purchase was… Communication about my purchase was lower than expected. I have had better than other companies. Delivery took longer than would be appropriate —people who had ordered from others who had ordered from other suppliers. Unfortunately, in the end, I had to contact my payer to intervene. The product is delivered in safe packaging. The equipment worked well. The item was just as described. If the company improved customer service, I would purchase from it again.

The customer service has been AMAZING! The customer service has been absolutely amazing!!! They have helped me work through all my issues and continue to provide support walking me through the set up of my first ASIC. I defiantly appreciate everything they do to provide the best service imaginable. I doubt that any other vendor would provide this kind of support, great work team.
