GBI had purchased MS Office from…Software Pin I had purchased MS Office from Softwarepin in 2016. That laptop crashed and I called your support team to see if the software license was only good for that laptop or not. Unfortunately I needed to purchase a new license. GBVery good place to get Software This is a great place to get software at a reasonable price. My experiences with the purchases I've made has been good. The one issue I had with one purchase was resolved right away by their support team. The one downside I would say is that initially when I first started using the site they accepted AmazonPay but that stopped working and they said they were working with Amazon to resolve; however, the last purchase I made they removed that option so I guessed they never resolved it and stopped accepting that.

GBHad problem with insulation which could… Had problem with insulation which could have been prevented, if instructions were better. The problem was Microsoft automatically downloads their office applications including their office suite. I was clicking on their icons instead of the icons that came with your download. But your software guy was able to solve the problem really quickly, and everything seem to be working now
