GBCrooks - cancelled my Domain Protection without notice .......... You must be joking, 4.7 out of 5.0 !! I just turned off auto renewal for some of my domains, which even then wouldn't expire for over a year, and GoDaddy cancelled my Domain Protection immediately on all those domains. No notice this would happen. I had only turned off the auto renewal as I was intending to buy new domains and migrate my site to these - after what they've done I bought the new ones (actually more than i cancelled the auto renewal for) through SquareSpace and it was a breath of fresh air, just a much easier experience and 'cleaner' interface etc. I can't describe GoDaddy as anything other than crooks, I had put up with their Webbuilder product being the least functional and most complicated on the market, and their almost incomprehensible account structure that seems like it was set up 20 years ago by a child, but this is just dodgy. Why anyone would trust GoDaddy I have no idea.

GBThe Human Touch Go Daddy always offers the alternative of human assistance. My question was 'unique', hence didn't fit the programmed bot reality. Instead of being frustrated endlessly by a computer, I got my answer and assistance right away. Go Daddy is efficient and uses bot but importantly is always available to answer ore assist with humanity and kindness,
