GBWe paid $12,000 for literally nothing We paid $12,000 for literally nothing. The files we received weren't useful and were corrupt. When following up to see if theres any additional things they could do we were told they would do some additional work and even after repeated attempts to follow up, no one has done anything. Not happy about this at all.
