GBSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY At first they are all nice to lured you in. Once you subscribe to the premium service with the option to source product they make you wait in order to get as much money from you monthly subscription as possible. Waited over a month for them to source one product. This product however could have not been sourced because of the high price. At this point they offered me a few different alternatives. Once I agreed on the item to source and the price that was on the file the product was added to the catalog. On the catalog though the product stated a price which was about $4 more expensive than the price I had agree for the sourcing. Once I pointed that out I have been asked to wait for the sourcing team to sort the price out. After one week and multiple messages from me I recived a new excel file with the new prices of the product that they have already sourced . Prices that ware even higher than the one on the catalogue which was already wrong. Very bad experience. When you ask for a refund they tell you that they provided a great service so they can be refund me. Overall it took them 1 and half moths to source a product with a price which cannot be considered affordable. While I had to pay 2 month of subscription. Worsts experience ever. STAY AWAY FROM UDROPPY.

GBGreat experience with uDroppy Great experience with uDroppy. I've sent 100,000s worth of orders through them. It's great to have a team manage the logistics/operational and let me get on with the marketing. Kareem in particular has been a great account rep and we wouldn't have been able to achieve such success without him! I definitely recommend uDroppy.

BEuDroppy? uNotty! I do not recommend doing business with this company. My experience with this company when I am building an A+ brand and I expect superb communication and service along the way is: I had an appointment with the person that represents uDroppy i.e. Eugenio Reggiani, I got a bunch of automated emails, the last one before the meeting was a video of him in a suit explaining me about this ''important'' video call, when I was waiting for him, he didn't even send me a link to get in the video call. Contacted him 30 minutes later, and got a response that he forgot it and wanted to reschedule the meeting where up I answered simply NO, today we planned to have the meeting, and today we will have the meeting! I am looking to many fulfillment centers, and we are on a tight schedule. So, eventually I received the link, he got on the video call, looking like he just got out of bed in his hoodie (comparing it to that BS video where he sits like a big boss in a suit explaining how ''important'' this call is, and we should have pen and paper to take notes of the meeting.). All OK, I received almost all the info. that we needed, he told me he was going to send me some info. after the call, again that also, we didn't receive. Then I contacted uDroppy's support, with some basic questions about fee's and warehouse locations to move our stock too. They pasted me a bunch of articles, not able to give me a straight answer and asked me to make an appointment with this uDroppy representative Eugenio Reggiani, to which I said no, thank you, we already have a very bad experience with him. After 1 day, I still was fighting to get me the basic answers to my questions, so we decided to move on and skip this company. Who can trust their business to a company like this if its representatives are already missing appointments, sending documents, not able to give simple basic info. I suggest for you entrepreneurs to find a decent fulfillment service other than this, and if they are already missing appointments, missing sending info. and documents, not able to give answers on simple questions, you got all the red flags to move on! I have found me now a very good fulfillment center that meets up with the consumer standards of today, i.e. order today, receive tomorrow. With superb communication, software and customer service. Because as you successful entrepreneurs know: if you want, you get! You just have to keep on looking and look good! Good luck! uDroppy? uNotty!
