It is worth noting that they haven't increased rates even as other companies rushed to take advantage of the covid situation and that's great since there is no need to take advantage of such a situation. Being like the kind landlord and taking care of your customers is the way to go

GBI sent several boxes containing books I… I sent several boxes containing books I value very much and kitchen utensils. Unfortunately it seems they arrived to your company in a worn out box. Jon called me and assured me that everything inside was fine but I'd have to buy boxes for the repackaging which would be done for free. I can confirm you kept your word and receiver in Kenya assured me goods arrived in good condition

KEShipment was sent over three months… Shipment was sent over three months ago. To date nothing given. They overcharge and then make excuses. They said pay the additional charges and you get the parcel else it will take time to come out. Now the fourth month is starting and they still are not interested in shipping or delivering. These guys are crooks. I have since then had three other shipments from US delivered but not these guys. Keep using the excuse the goods are stuck in customs....but other companies manage to deliver.

GBFast shipping Not very professional, but they definitely deliver on speed, which is most important in this case. There's room for improvement on customer service. Just because you're currently the cheapest and fastest doesn't mean you'll stay in the market forever, so improve on your customer service.
