do not use These are two different emails that I sent to them, first I bought the manual for operating the VW T1, T2, etc., downloaded it from the link, installed it according to the instructions but without success, after that I paid for help for the installation where they told me to install TeamViewer, of course after installations and paid assistance for installation do not appear either on Live chat or email. I feel like yes 1. I bought ElsaWin 2017 from your site and failed to install on my laptop, after that I paid for installation help and installed TeamViewer as instructed by your employee. After that, no one answered me for 4-5 hours, please contact me at.... 2.What is the problem with your installation support, are you one of the sites whose goal is to take money and you don't really care about the user. You advertise that you answer within 24 hours, but that is simply not true.

Avoid like the plague I think this crowd are net bandits. I paid for a manual and they sent four download links each to a part of the file and each time all files hit around 400mb they failed despite numerous attempts. The size of the files is bafflingly huge, a PDF manual should be around 10mb /90mb in total. After checking multiple review sites it seems this is how this website operates and as such is a waste of money and time. As an additional concern my PC antivirus found issues with the word document giving me concern as to what it would find in the 4 part file download. All in all a hopelessly unproductive experience that leaves you without a manual and without the money you paid for one. Avoid like the plague.

Let me know the ID and Password it provides you (located on the left side). I can then log on and assist with installing your manual.
