GBPlease report them to FTC Please report them to FTC. They are scam site. They order parts from AliExpress, claiming it is coming from their wharehouse. You can buy most of the stuff they sell from AliExpress for cheaper.

AUOnline scammers. Do not go near them!! I purchased a firmware update for my VW Golf infotainment unit. The update failed. It BRICKED my infotainment unit. I sought tech support. NO REPLIES TO NUMEROUS EMAILS. The contact PHONE NUMBER is a scam. It's an answering machine meant to stop you talking to anyone. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS MOB. THEY ARE OPPORTUNISTS WITH NO TECHNICAL EXPERTISE OR CUSTOMER CARE ETHOS!!

FRWorks flawlessly! It took them about 36 hours to get my update for Volkswagen Tiguan MIB3 , however it worked flawlessly. Quality seems 100% legit , no issues. Don't know where bad reviews would come from but it's not a scam for sure :)
