He had no problem explaining to me what was wrong and diagnosing the issues in details that was easy for me to understand. My mechanical ability is horrible, lol. Thank you Carlos! Seriously??? We have a Honda Accord and a Honda CRV. An honest mistake was made on our end and the incorrect information was provided to GoodHood. They wanted to charge us an additional $40 to go get the correct part. We said we'll go pick it up ourselves. In speaking directly with the part supplier, we find out Goodhood is up charging approximately $40 more than what the part sells for from the supplier. So we then tell GoodHood we'll supply the part ourselves..you guessed it, they then increased the labor price by $200. Seriously? At that time we cancelled the service all together. Be careful with them- get all prices/quotes in writing prior to scheduling a service.

Cibsumers Beware of unethical practices Beware! Goodhood is not "good". They practice unfair business practices toward their customers. . My first mobile appointment was a no show. The Goodhood employee did not call,text or email that he would not show up within the four hour window. But they charge $76.00 if you,the customer cancel yoyr appointment. Your credit is required up front. A second appointment for the no show was set for 2days later. The mechanic completed the repairs. The next day while driving, the very same symptoms appeared again 100%. A follow up appointment set again, 2 days later. After a 3 hour inspection, I was told engine light now off and vehicle no longer running sluggish. That's weird since per mechanic said he did not do anything....But I was charged another $90 inspection & diagnostic fee. I did not ask for the diagnostic since he just did one last week. It is apparent the mechanic tweaked or adjusted something...But apparently must charge fee for coming to inspect his work? Not good. I was hoping to use in future...It is No for me.

Philip is a rare technician to find Philip is a rare technician to find. He is honest, professional and skilful. He just observed the car for a few minutes and said “ the battery is the problem; change the battery and the speed sensor issue will correct” I changed the battery and all the dashboard error lights turned off and speed sensor started working again. Other technicians would sought for ways to extort money from clients, but he didn’t. Thank you Philip.

Carlos was Excellent This is one of the few mobile mechanics that allow you to schedule an appointment online so it was very convenient. Carlos let me know when he was on his way. I was not at the location of my car, which was okay. He kept me aware of every step and every issue via text and sent pictures of the problem and also a final diagnosis report. Quick, knowledgable, and professional!
