GBMy Second Order For A 20 Ft EV… My Second Order For A 20 Ft EV Extension Cable Was Very Poorly Packed Arriving With A Banged Up Shipping Box. First Order For a 40 Ft EV Extension Cable Was Also Arriving With A Torn Up & Ripped Box Which I Reported To Your Company. Even The Postal Clerk Said That The Box I picked Up Today When Through A Workout. Amazingly Both Items Appeared Not Damaged.

GBIt’s been three weeks since I ordered… It’s been three weeks since I ordered and it still has not shipped. When I first notified the team after waiting one week in the pre shipping phase, I was told to wait 24-48 more hours. Then 72 hours later I received an email that they would ship another order. That order is still in pre shipment phase. Meanwhile I keep getting emails about 7% off my next order, but no discount can be given for waiting three weeks to receive a product. Basically this experience matches the average Electrify America experience - this is the part that ruins EVs
