Like a race horse The ordering process was easy, the delivery was incredibly fast (Germany to Canada in 3 days), the install went without a hitch (I asked a mechanic to install), and the result is fabulous. An increase in HP from 333 to about 400 ! Wow. There were 2 glitches. 1. I had a tough time determining which boost pressure sensors were installed on my Audi S4 because I couldn't remove a sensor for inspection, I had to get help with that. 2. After the install was completed, the instructions weren't clear (to me) on the mapping progression. After tech support from Germany I learned that mapping 7 (the highest level) is where you want to be if performance is acceptable at that level. So my 2011 6 cylinder S4 with 170,000 km has acceleration like a race horse, and fuel economy as actually improved! Thanks to the Racechip guys. I'm having fun all over again.

Veloster turbo RaceChip I bought the race chip for my veloster turbo and 100% love it!! Shipping time was fantastic, with it coming from Germany to PA in just a few days. The packing was fantastic and the install was super easy. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, they even include a little guide booklet with tips on how to remove differnt kinds of connectors. Very pleased with this product.

The chip is fabulous The chip is fabulous, it works. I've only had one problem and it was not with the chip, it was with the app and it was caused by me, since I changed my phone. Of course, the chip and the phone had to be paired again, as I am not an expert the pairing took me a couple of weeks, but with the help of Patric Richardson from the RaceChip Customer Service, I was able to solve it finally. I have no hesitation in recommending this German company.

Amazing results!! Amazing results!!! 2017 Cayenne Turbo (500hp) Installed both the RACECHIP and throttle controller. Big difference. Better than I expected! The car is a lot different. great hardware and outstanding customer service First I want to say that this chip really works, it makes my car more responsive and eager. After about 4 months I had an issue with the Bluetooth so RaceChip sent me a return label so I could send it back to them to get it checked out. 5 days later I had a new chip in my hands, and that included shipping from the US to Germany and back! So not only it’s a great chip, they also stand behind their product and take care of any question or problem you might encounter promptly. Truly a 5star company and product.
